Welcome to I & V Mechanical HVAC Inc. ("I & V Mechanical HVAC," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, estimates, installations, maintenance, repairs, and communications, including text messages and emails.

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services, Estimates, and Scope of Work

I & V Mechanical HVAC Inc. provides residential and commercial HVAC services, including but not limited to:

  • Heating and Cooling System Installation
  • Mini-Split Systems
  • Heat Pumps
  • Central Air Conditioning
  • Commercial HVAC Services
  • Walk-In Coolers & Freezers
  • Maintenance and Repairs

All estimates are based on information available at the time of inspection and may be adjusted due to unforeseen site conditions, code requirements, permit requirements, equipment availability, or customer-requested changes.

Any modifications to the approved scope of work must be authorized in writing and may result in additional charges.

2. Scheduling and Site Access

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area during scheduled appointments. Utilities such as electrical power, water, and gas must be available when required for testing and commissioning equipment.

If unsafe conditions, restricted access, or construction delays prevent work from being completed, we reserve the right to reschedule and may charge a service or trip fee.

3. Pricing, Payments, and Deposits

Pricing is outlined in the estimate, proposal, or invoice provided to the customer. Deposits are required for equipment orders and scheduled installations.

  • Specialized Materials
  • Code Compliance Requirements

Deposits become non-refundable once equipment has been ordered, custom materials have been purchased, or work has commenced. Outstanding balances may be subject to late fees as permitted by law.

4. Warranty

Manufacturer warranties apply according to the manufacturer's warranty terms. I & V Mechanical HVAC Inc. provides a workmanship warranty as stated in the approved proposal or contract.

Warranty coverage does not apply to: improper use, lack of maintenance, power surges, water damage, acts of nature, or modifications by others. Any unauthorized alterations may void warranties.

6. SMS Text Messaging Program

By submitting your contact information, you consent to receive text messages regarding estimates, appointments, and service updates. Message frequency varies based on your service request.

Standard rates may apply. Opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP or contact us directly for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I & V Mechanical HVAC Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for specific services.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of New York. Legal actions shall be brought exclusively in New York State courts.
